Brand photography sessions for Creatives with kDarling Photography

Kristin of kDarling Photography, based in Fisher, IL, is one of my best friends and a phenomenal family, newborn, and wedding photographer. She specializes in film (but also shoots some digital!), and has a dream, light & airy style that is very popular.

Kristin’s brand reflects her light and airy style with lots of florals, muted greens, pale blues, and LOTS of white. A window prominent, sun-drenched brand session was just the ticket!

Aside from her photography, Kristin is also now teaching other photographers about film and off-camera flash in some online courses. So her brand photos are used for both pieces of her business. We definitely wanted to incorporate her film camera and rolls of film in her session, and I love that we used OCF in studio for part of her session to showcase both styles — natural and artificial light.

This session was so fun (as always!), and we are already planning our next sessions for this summer. Stay tuned!
