Emily from Mager Image Photography brought me on as a second shooter for Rachel + Torey's wedding at Hudson Farms in Urbana in late August. My day started out at the hotel where the guys got ready before heading out to the farm. After picking up bits and pieces from their conversations about small-town life, I asked where they were from, and it turns out I had some friends they went to high school with in northern Illinois. Small world! Once we got to the farm, I jumped right into photographing the details that Rachel and her family had worked so hard at -- there were a ton of custom, rustic signs, Mason jar centerpieces with soybeans, burlap runners and farm artifacts that I loved capturing. Hudson Farms is a great little quaint farm wedding venue if you're looking for something with a country feel for your wedding. I recommend checking it out!
