Kelsy + Nick | Mackinaw Valley Vineyard + Five Points Washington Wedding
Kelsy + Nick, like most of my 2020 booked couples, had to reconfigure their weddings due to COVID. They actually got officially married last September in Wisconsin at Nick’s family’s cabin. But they wanted to keep the special day they had planned with their closest family and friends so they chose a new date in September 2021, and everything worked out seamlessly!
We had loads of time for portraits, so we took advantage of it with a First Look before heading to downtown Morton for some photos. The wedding coordinators stumbled upon this awesome gray brick wall that we used for some fun wedding party shots — LOVE! Then it was onto the ceremony location at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard where we did more portraits and hid Kelsy away before the ceremony. It was an absolutely gorgeous day!
I’d never been to the reception space before at Five Points Washington, and so I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there is a decent view of the horizon, complete with some beautiful trees. And let me tell you — we made magic at sunset! Make sure you scroll to the end to see those!
