Emily + AJ | Black Dog Smoke & Ale House Urbana engagement photos

Engagement season is here! I am having fun getting to know my 2019 couples, and it was fun visiting the place where Emily + AJ had their first date — Black Dog in Urbana! We started out there so we’d have enough light (barely, because it’s “gray weather season”… blech!), and then I think these two went back for dinner after the session. If I were them, I would have too! After a few photos there, and around the restaurant and parking lot, we headed down the street a bit to Crystal Lake Park for some outdoor photos. With a quick outfit change, this pair was showing off their Illini pride too, which was super cute. There were a few wisps of snow on the ground too which made their stocking caps make sense! <3
