Callie + Jared : Lake of the Woods Pavilion : Mahomet wedding
Callie + Jared are so lovely, and they have so many friends that love them! They had nine bridesmaids and nine groomsmen, plus one usher, which I believe is the largest wedding party I have photographed to date. Everyone was so cooperative though, and hung in there with me through the rain all during our portrait session time. I loved that due to having such a large wedding party, they rented a bus to transport everyone from the church to the reception. I also learned that school buses cannot go over the covered bridge at Lake of the Woods -- makes sense! My favorite parts of the day were the signs that Callie brought along as photo props, the fact that Callie wore her mother's wedding dress (how cool!), the toilet papering of Jared's car, the dessert and candy table (yum!), and of course the sparkler sendoff!
