Amanda + Eric | Lake of the Woods + Holiday Inn Champaign wedding

Amanda + Eric had an absolutely amazing day celebrating their new life together as husband and wife (finally!). They were another one of my couples who had to scratch everything in 2020 and reset for 2021. The day was positively gorgeous though! The wedding party was a fun bunch, and I loved the custom Mr. & Mrs. cups that the bride and groom carried around after the ceremony. It had been a while since I had photographed weddings at both Lake of the Woods and the Holiday Inn (formerly another hotel), but it was nice to be back! The new-ish waterfall area in the botanical garden is a perfect backdrop for a ceremony, and I loved the uplighting and chandeliers in the hotel’s ballroom.
