Abby + Justin : Helms Park Champaign engagement session

Abby + Justin met me at the relatively new Helms Park in Champaign on a rare Saturday evening session opening. It turned out to be prom central, but we managed to work our way around the park without any prom goers in the background! I'm finally happy to photograph sessions at this park now that the rocks have weathered a bit and lost their deep yellow color. Abby + Justin loosened up in front of the camera quite nicely, and we got some great images. The one of them sitting on the park bench with the purple flowers behind them is my favorite!
