The weather finally cooled off for a bit this summer, and we got some absolutely perfect weather for Sarah + Adam’s wedding, complete with a few sprinkles earlier in the day. Sarah chose a light pink and polka dot theme for their wedding, which finally made sense to Adam once he saw her dress for the first time during their First Look. The First Look gave us a chance to get nearly all the group photos done prior to the ceremony, which left all the cocktail hour time for pretty, fun, and creative portraits! Sarah was a beaming, exuberant bride, and I loved how calm, cool, and collected she was all day. And of course, her great smile was contagious. You can definitely tell that Adam + Sarah have a lot of fun together, and make each other laugh daily.

And then it was off to the Arboretum for some more wedding party and couple photos. We didn’t have much time, but the light was fantastic, and the weather was perfect!
The ladies’ shoes are made in Africa. They are so neat, and complimented their dresses and bouquets perfectly!

Sarah + Adam threw the cake balls at each other, rather than doing the customary feed and/or smash. Sarah caught hers (sort of!), and Adam’s fell on the floor, but no worries! Sarah plucked another one from the cake and popped it in his mouth.
