I have been wanting to photograph a wedding at Mackinaw Valley Vineyard for quite some time now. Luckily, the rain held off for us most of the day, and it was only the last couple hours of their reception where we really had to worry about the rain and storms. We missed out on the solar eclipse, but I got some cool lightning photos instead (one is already on its way to my house in canvas form!). Nicole + Erik had a ton of beautiful details incorporated into their wedding, with the help of their wedding planner, Katie Minehan, who did an outstanding job throughout. They are both wedding musicians as well, so if you’re looking for a guitar and flute duo for your wedding or event, definitely give them a call!
