2011-12 Wedding Packages
Holly Birch Photography is available for destination weddings as well as weddings in East Central Illinois! No travel fee for events within Champaign or Piatt counties.

Package 1 (NEW!) — Holly’s time and talent, 12 hours of shooting time, editing + processing time, second photographer, engagement session, 8.5×11″ guestbook, DVD of engagement images w/ print release, extra session of your choice, 12×12? 30-page flush-mount and leather-bound album, 2 parent hard-cover leatherette books, $300 print credit, online proofing, DVD of wedding images w/ print release — $4700

Package 2 — Holly’s time and talent, 10 hours shooting time, editing + processing time, second photographer, engagement session, 12×12? 24-page flush-mount and leather-bound album, 2 parent hard-cover leatherette books, $200 print credit, online proofing, DVD of images — $3600

Package 3 — Holly’s time and talent, 8 hours of shooting time, editing + processing time, 10×10? 20-page flush-mount and leather-bound album, $100 print credit, online proofing, DVD of images — $2900

Package 4 — Holly’s time and talent, 6 hours of shooting time, editing + processing time, $100 print credit, online proofing, DVD of images — $2000

Engagement Session or Day-After/Trash-the-Dress/Fearless Bridal/Bridal Portrait Sessions — up to 2 hours, maximum of 2 people, $250 (includes choice of 1 jpeg) **These sessions are only $200 if booked in addition to a wedding package!**

Customized packages available. Hourly wedding rate is $250. Retainer for your wedding date is $500 nonrefundable with a signed contract. The deposit counts toward your total balance. Wedding balances are due in full 30 days prior to the wedding date and a payment plan will be set up for you in 3 installments. Payment for other photography sessions is due in full at the time of service. Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card (via phone).

Sports sessions begin at $75. Call or email for more details or a price quote.

A la carte albums
Coffee table-style, flush-mount, leather-bound albums (black)
12×12″ with 30 pages: $1350
12×12″ with 24 pages: $1200
10×10″ with 24 pages: $1100
10×10″ with 20 pages: $1000
Options available: size, dimension, cover material, number of pages, type of cameo, photo cover, imprinting, etc.

Digital Files
DVD of all images from a wedding (more than 300 images) — $500
CD of all images from a session (fewer than 150 images) — $100

8×8 or 8.5×11 lay-flat book w/ 20 pgs + fabric cover: $150
