Jewellie + John | Urbana-Champaign engagement photography session

Jewellie + John are planning (well, I should say are nearly finished planning!) their June 4 wedding in Champaign. I met Jewellie at her initial wedding consultation with me, but hadn’t met John yet, so I was excited to get the chance to see them together in action before the wedding. I learned that they both have cute dimples, that they both occasionally have a tendency to blink, and that they are going to be easy to photograph on their wedding day! Thanks for a great e-session, you two! Also, thanks to my new friend Mark for helping me out with my lighting on this shoot.

I’ve been eying (eyeing?) this new spot for a few weeks, and finally got the chance to use it! I love the colors of the rocks, and the waterfalls. I’m not particularly fond of the geese, but you know, they come with the territory. :)

A repeat of a classic. :)
