Ann+Matt were married at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Collinsville, IL, followed by their reception at the LeClaire Room in Edwardsville on the campus of Lewis & Clark Community College. Their wedding was a beautiful event complete with a sparkler exit, a fantastic dinner catered by Bella Milano, a photobooth and a wonderful couple! You may remember Ann+Matt’s engagement session from a few weeks ago where I mentioned that Ann is one of my good friends since junior high, so it was fun catching up with some old friends, including Ann’s parents, at this wedding. We were somewhat limited in our daylight time, so we made the most of the darkness after both the ceremony and reception. Here are some of my favorites!

I’ve said before that one of the best parts of being a wedding photographer is the cake. Theirs did not disappoint!
I love this one of Ann dancing with her dad, whom we affectionately referred to as “GC” all through high school.
I was going to save the Photobooth shots for an entirely different post, but this one was too good to pass up! This is Matt with his buddies from work and he was not warned that they were about to pick him up. 
This was my first attempt at spelling words with sparklers. Now that I’ve done it though, I learned a few lessons for next time. Can’t wait to try it again! Who’s up for it?
